Incorporated in 1981,  Peter Pettitt  as   principal  director  prior to incorporation was a licence builder since 1978.

A brief history of Peter Pettitt:

1973 - Apprenticeship begins as a Carpenter. Completed in 1976.

1973 - Carpenter & Joiner trade course, Granville Tech College. Completed 1975.

1978 - Youngest builder in NSW to qualify for a full builders licence.

1978 - MBA membership commenced.

1979 - Builders management course, Meadowbank Tech College.

1978-1981 - Sole trader - then incorporated. First Builders Lic. # 18583.

1981-2012 - Masterbuilt Homes Pty Ltd.  Second Builders Lic. # 32351.

2005 - MBA NSW building consultant accreditation.
